Information We Collect
Webserver Data
When you visit or log in to our website, our web server will capture your IP address, the time and duration of your visit, and the pages on the Site that you visit. Cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.
AI and Analytics Tools
We may use third party web analytics and marketing tools, along with our own AI systems, to capture information about your use of the Site and our services, such as user interactions and communication patterns. These tools currently include PostHog (product and web analytics), the LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising and conversion measurement), Intercom (live chat and support), and business visitor-identification services. The providers of these tools may capture data about your activity on our Site via cookies and similar techniques. As described under “Cookies and Online Tracking Technologies” below, these non-essential tools load only after you consent.
Information You Submit
We may ask you to volunteer information about yourself using the Site. For example, we may ask you to provide your name, email address, company name, and general information about your interest in our services. Your submission of this type of information as a visitor on the Site is not required.
If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we collect the email address you provide and process it using Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our third-party email marketing provider, in order to send you newsletters and company and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. Kit’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Communication Data
When using our services, our AI agents process communications sent through various channels (email, text, calls). This processing is done to provide our core services and is governed by our service agreement with our customers.
Links from Other Sites
If you arrive at our site by clicking on an advertisement or content published by a third party, that third party may provide information to us about your activity on their site. For example, we may use Google AdWords or other third party advertisers, or may sponsor links on other third party sites.
Combination with Other Data
If you register for our Services, we may combine information we collect about you as a Site visitor with the information we collect about you as a Service user, including personal data.

Cookies and Online Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
- Essential technologies that are required for the Site to function. These are always active.
- Analytics and marketing technologies that help us understand how the Site is used and measure our marketing, including the tools described under “AI and Analytics Tools” above. These non-essential technologies do not load until you consent.
When you first visit the Site, we present a consent banner that lets you Accept or Decline non-essential cookies and tracking. Declining does not change how the Site functions. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy Settings link in the Site footer. You can also configure your browser to manage or block cookies, though this may impact some functionality.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and disable non-essential tracking — you do not need to take any further action. You can learn more about GPC at https://globalprivacycontrol.org.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Some of the tracking technologies described above may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California and other state privacy laws. You have the right to opt out. You can exercise this right by:
- Clicking Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or Privacy Settings in the Site footer and selecting Decline;
- Enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser (see above); or
- Opting out of visitor-identification advertising at https://app.retention.com/optout.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals we know to be under 16 years of age.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our services are directed to business users and medical device industry professionals.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
- Access to your personal data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Objection to processing
If you are a California resident, you also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights. See “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” above for how to exercise these rights.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated to users through the Site or direct notification.
Contact and Enforcement
For privacy-related concerns or complaints, please contact us at hello@deviceflow.com. We will respond promptly and cooperate with relevant regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints.
